Analyses

The Analyses page displays all soil sample analyses in a table, with search, filtering, printing and report emailing capabilities.

Button	Action
	Add — Create a new record
	Columns — Show/hide table columns
	Filters — Open/close the filter panel. A red dot indicates active filters
	Export CSV — Download table data as a CSV file
	Orientation — Toggle between portrait and landscape printing
	Print — Generate a PDF of the current view
	Help — Open the help dialog
	Search — Quick search through table data

Record Actions

Clicking the icon on each row shows:

Edit — Open the edit form
Preview — View record as PDF
Download PDF — Download the record as a PDF file
Send Email — Send the record as a PDF attachment via email
Delete — Delete the record (with confirmation)

Columns

Column	Description
Report No.	The analysis's unique report number
Analysis Date	The date the analysis was performed
Contact	Customer name
Aliquot	The aliquot code (and its parent sample)
Analysis Type	The type of analysis (e.g. Soil, Foliar Diagnosis)
Status	Draft, Reviewed, Approved, Amended or Cancelled
Payment	Paid or Pending
Flow	Visual pipeline of creation, review and approval

Filters

Use the filter panel to narrow results:

Date From / To — analysis date range
Contact — filter by customer
Analysis Type — filter by type
Status — filter by workflow status
Payment — filter by payment status
Max Records — maximum number of records to display (default 200)

Actions per record

Each table row has an actions menu (...):

Update — navigate to the detail page with measurements and workflow
Preview — generate PDF report
Download PDF — save PDF report to your computer
Send Email — send report to the customer (requires payment)
Cancel — cancel the analysis with a required reason; the analysis is not deleted, its status becomes Cancelled (§8.4)

Vertical Audit Pack

An assessor does not read one screen: they take a report number and follow the chain of evidence end to end. This action produces that whole chain as a single PDF in one click, with the sections in order:

The pack is not a simple transcript: it checks the chain and flags its gaps. There are over 100 distinct findings, each with its clause — from "No order and no agreement in force" (§7.1.8) and "Analysis is outside the agreed scope", to "Calibration EXPIRED at time of use" (§6.5.1) and "AR pinned SOP version differs from current" (§7.2.1.3).

Two things are worth noting:

The action needs a permission. The pack de-silos the whole evidence chain behind one report number, so it belongs at the audit-trail tier rather than the ordinary print tier. Without the permission the entry does not render in the row menu at all.
It follows the toolbar's orientation. The pack declares no page size of its own, so the portrait/landscape toggle actually takes effect.

Bulk actions

With rows selected, and depending on your permissions:

Advance status	Moves the selected analyses to the next stage of the workflow
Reassign reviewer	Hands the review to another reviewer, with an optional reason
Reject	Bulk rejection with a required reason
Payment Status	Sets Paid or Pending in bulk

Qualitative results (§7.8.2)

Not every result sits on a number line. An element with a qualitative result (detection of presence, for example) is judged by a verdict, not a value: its row counts as complete as soon as the verdict is given, the unit renders as a dash, and no normal range applies.
