Analysis Status Logs

The Analysis Status Logs page shows every status change on an analysis record:

Draft → Reviewed → Approved → Amended, plus cancellations. Read-only.

Menu path: Logs → Analysis Status Logs.

Columns

Column	Description
Analysis	The analysis record that changed status.
From	The previous status.
To	The new status.
When	The moment of the change.
By	The user who caused it.
Note	The reason, where the transition demands one.

Analyses — every row points at one record.
Report Versions — the move to Amended is where a new report version is born (§7.8.8: an

amendment is a further document referencing the original).

Audit Trail — complementary rather than duplicate: here you see the approval path, there you

see what changed inside the record.

🔴 The most telling line here is segregation of duties. If the same person appears on both the

move to Reviewed and the move to Approved, the workflow was followed in form but not in substance.

The page shows it; nothing flags it automatically.

A move to Amended with no note leaves "why was an issued report changed" unanswered — which is

exactly what §7.8.8 asks.
