Audit Programme

The Audit Programme page holds the annual internal-audit programme: one programme per planning year, declaring which clauses and laboratory areas are planned to be audited and at what cadence (ISO/IEC 17025 §8.8.1, §8.8.2). It is the parent of Audits: an assessor asks first whether a programme exists, then whether it was executed.

Found under: ISO 17025 → Quality System → Audit Programme.

Planned coverage

Write one item per line (for example "Sample handling"). The Dashboard compares those items against the audits actually closed within the year and shows the §8.8.2(a) coverage percentage. Matching is a text search in both directions, so no strict taxonomy is needed — the item and the audit's area need only resemble each other.

The coverage widget reads only the programme whose status is Active for the year. An Approved but not Active programme shows nothing on the Dashboard.

Notes

  • Year plus Revision is unique. A second programme for the same year needs the revision bumped.
  • 🔴 Planned Coverage does not on its own enable the Save button. If you change only that field, change something else too (the Notes, say) before you can save.
  • The row action menu prints a programme cover sheet for the audit file.
