Audit Trail

The Audit Trail page displays the complete log of system actions, per ISO 17025 §7.11.

Filters — Open/close the filter panel. A red dot indicates active filters

This page is read-only — additions, modifications and deletions are not allowed.

Columns

Filters

Filter by entity type (21 types), action (Create, Update, Delete), date range and max records.

Per-record history

Besides the lab-wide Audit Trail page (Lab Director only), every record shows its own change history inline, through the "Record History" panel:

  • On the analysis page (Analyses → open a record), below the measurements, the panel shows changes to the analysis record and all of its measurements in one chronological list — each row tagged with its entity type (e.g. Analysis Record, Measurement).
  • In the sample edit dialog, the same panel shows the sample's field-level changes.

Each entry shows the action, user, timestamp, and the per-field before → after diff. The panel is read-only and visible to every signed-in user (ISO 17025 §7.5 & §8.4); the full Audit Trail page stays Lab-Director-only.
