When a calibration shows that an instrument reads systematically wrong — "this thermometer reads 0.3 °C high" — the laboratory must record the correction and apply it to subsequent measurements (ISO/IEC 17025 §6.4.11). This page holds those factors and their history.

Correction factors are never edited destructively. Each time you record a factor for an instrument and element pair, the previous ones close automatically: they take an end date of the day before and point at the new one. An old measurement can therefore always be re-justified with the factor that was in force at the time.
Supersession respects the element: a factor for a specific element supersedes only others for that element, and a factor with no element supersedes only others with no element.
