| Contract Price | The negotiated rate (€) |
| Valid From | Start date (optional) |
| Valid Until | End date (optional) |
| Notes | Additional remarks |
When you add a service to a sample order, the application checks whether the selected customer has an active price contract for that service. If one exists, the contract price is used instead of the catalog price.
Price contracts take priority over the standard price list but do not affect volume discounts. Both can apply to the same line.
What happens when a contract expires?
Once the current date is past the Valid Until date, the contract is no longer applied automatically. New orders for that customer will use the standard catalog price.
Can a customer have contracts for multiple services?
Yes. Each contract links one customer to one service. You can create as many contracts as needed for the same customer, each with its own negotiated price and validity period.
Does the contract price appear on quotes and invoices?
Yes. The contract price flows through to order lines, and from there to quotes and invoices. The customer sees only the final price, not whether it came from a contract or the catalog.
