Customer Surveys

The Customer Surveys page holds customer feedback (ISO/IEC 17025 §8.6.2). Each row is one survey: when it was sent, whether it was answered, with what score, and what followed.

Found under: ISO 17025 → CAPA & Findings → Customer Surveys.

No field is required: a survey can be recorded with whatever is known at the time.

Statuses

The status is not chosen. It is derived from the Response Date:

StatusWhen
OutstandingNo response date
RespondedA response date exists

Automatic sending

The laboratory can send surveys automatically after an analysis is approved. The setting lives under Settings → Client Email Notifications and is off by default. Once enabled, you control how many days after approval the survey goes out, how old an analysis may still be, and how often at most the same customer is approached.

The job skips analyses with no customer and those that already have a survey.

Points at — this page does not stand without these:

Notes

  • The CAPA and Analysis fields take an identifier, not a picker.
  • The Dashboard shows the average, the response rate and outstanding surveys, and links here.
  • The row action menu prints a survey form.
