The Dry-Run Dossier produces a self-assessment PDF ahead of an assessment visit. It stores nothing and changes nothing: it reads the current state and composes it into one document.

Part A — always included. A summary verdict, the 141 clauses by section, and an index of supporting documents.
🔴 Part A describes what the software provides per clause. It is the same for every laboratory. The compliance percentage it shows does not measure your data — see the Clause Map for the same information on screen.
Part B — your laboratory's snapshot. Seven sections, all ticked by default:

Whenever any Part B section prints, the IT provider declaration (§7.11.4, §7.11.5) is appended too. It has no checkbox of its own.
Part A also ends with a data integrity (ALCOA+) appendix: the nine attributes an assessor may work through — attributable, legible, contemporaneous, original, accurate, complete, consistent, enduring, available — against what evidences each one. It prints whether or not you tick anything in Part B.
