The Municipalities page is the third level of the geographic hierarchy — and the first that
reaches the sample itself.
Menu path: Analysis Configuration → Reference Data → Municipalities.

Clicking the icon on each row shows:

| Name | The municipality name. |
| Regional Unit | The unit it belongs to. Required — a municipality does not stand on its own. |
| Source id | The identifier from the official source this row was imported from. |
report prints with a blank "Municipality:" line — on a document carrying your lab's name.
