Opinion Dialogues

When an opinion or interpretation is given to the customer verbally, ISO/IEC 17025 §7.8.7.3 requires a record of the dialogue. The Opinion Dialogues page is that record: it captures the communication event itself, not the text of the opinion.

Found under: Daily Work → Opinion Dialogues.

Points at — this page does not stand without these:

Notes

  • The summary is required because without it there is no evidence; the rest of the record is metadata.
  • Any analysis can be selected, even one with no recorded opinion.
  • Recording is done by the Lab Director, as is the release of opinions (§7.8.7.1).
