| Comparison | Mathematical comparison symbol (for example <, >, ≤) |
| Low Limit | Minimum acceptable value |
| High Limit | Maximum acceptable value |
| Desired Value | Ideal value within the range |
| Unit | Unit of measurement (automatic, from the element) |
| Lab Method | Laboratory method (optional) (hidden column) |
| Observation | Optional override of the automatic observation text for the band (auto report) |
| Recommendation | Optional override of the automatic recommendation text for the band (auto report) |
