The Regions page is the first level of the geographic hierarchy:
Region → Regional Unit → Municipality → City → Toponym.
Menu path: Analysis Configuration → Reference Data → Regions.

Clicking the icon on each row shows:

| Name | The region name (e.g. Peloponnese). |
| Country code | Two letters, defaulting to GR. Leaves room for non-Greek data later. |
| Source id | The identifier from the official source this row was imported from. Empty for rows you created yourself. |
toponym. The region is the root that keeps those two in a sane order.
Municipality field stays empty.
prints blank on the document you hand the customer.
That is deliberate for geographic data.
