The Work Calendar page schedules sampling visits and appointments, with Google Calendar support.
Appointment Fields

| Technician | The responsible technician |
| Crop | Crop type |
| Analysis Type | Type of analysis to be performed |
| Regional Unit | Regional unit for the sampling visit |
| City/Village | City or village within the regional unit |
| Toponym | Location toponym (optional) |
| Status | Appointment status (from Calendar Statuses) |
| Colour | Colour coding on the calendar |
| Comments | Additional notes |
All-Day & Time Range
| Field | Description |
|---|
| All Day | Mark as an all-day event (no specific time) |
| End Date | End of time range (for multi-day appointments) |
Google Calendar
| Field | Description |
|---|
| Sync | Send the appointment to Google Calendar |
| Calendar | Select a Google Calendar |
| Notifications | Popup or email, with configurable time before the appointment |
| Recurrence | Daily, weekly, monthly or yearly recurrence |
| Event Colour | Colour of the event in Google Calendar — separate from the Colour field on the calendar |
| Guests | Guest email addresses |
