The Search All Records page answers one question: does this record still exist, and in what state? It searches active records, archived ones and destroyed ones at the same time (ISO/IEC 17025 §8.4).
Found under: ISO 17025 → Records Lifecycle → Search All Records.
Type at least two characters; below that nothing is searched. Results refresh as you type.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| States | Three checkboxes — Active, Archived, Disposed; all three start ticked |
| Record type | Narrows to a single type |
| Max per state | How many results per state; defaults to 50 |
| State | What is left | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| Active | The normal record | Open — takes you to its page |
| Archived | A full read-only copy of the data | View archived |
| Disposed | Only the disposition metadata | View manifest |
A disposed record has no content to show: the manifest evidences that it existed, when it was destroyed and under which batch, and that is all that is retained for compliance.
