This tab contains your laboratory's accreditation details.
Navigation: Settings → Identity & Accreditation → Accreditation Info

| Accreditation Body | The certifying body (e.g. ESYD, UKAS, DAkkS) |
| Certificate Number | Accreditation certificate number |
| Issue Date | When accreditation was granted |
| Renewal Date | When it expires or must be renewed |

Accreditation information does not appear automatically on PDF reports. To show it (e.g. the accreditation number next to the header), add it manually via the "HTML After Header" field on the Print Templates tab (Settings → Reports & Printing).
What if I leave the accreditation fields empty?
The fields simply stay empty — they have no effect on PDF reports unless you've manually referenced them via Print Templates.
