Dropbox Backup

Navigation: Settings → Backup → Dropbox

Automatically store database backups on Dropbox.

Settings Fields

FieldDescription
App KeyThe application key from Dropbox App Console
App SecretThe application secret key (stored encrypted)
Refresh TokenThe access refresh token (stored encrypted)
FolderThe folder name on Dropbox (created automatically if it does not exist)
Auto-BackupEnable/disable automatic backup uploads

Setup

  1. Go to the Dropbox App Console
  2. Create a new app with files.content.write permissions
  3. Copy the App Key, App Secret and Refresh Token into the respective fields
  4. Click "Save"
Tip: Credentials are stored encrypted in the database and are not visible to any user after saving.
