Navigation: Settings → System → Backup → Operations → "Restore from File"

Restore the database from a backup file, via the "Database Restore" dialog.

WARNING: Restoring replaces all current data. This action cannot be undone.

Restore Steps

  1. Select Source — Choose where to load the backup file from: USB Drive, Google Drive or FTP Server
  2. Select File — Choose the backup file from the list loaded from the selected source (name, size and modified date are shown)
  3. Confirmation — Review the file details, choose whether to create a safety backup before restoring and whether to validate the SQL file first, then click "Restore Database"
  4. Execution — The restore begins — do not close the application
  5. Completion — A success (or error) message is shown in the dialog

Supported Sources

You can restore backups from:

  • USB Drive
  • Google Drive
  • FTP server
Tip: In the Confirmation step, leave "Create backup before restore" enabled (it's on by default). If something goes wrong, you can return to the previous state.
