Auto-Backup Scheduler

Navigation: Settings → Backup

Schedule automatic database backups at regular intervals.

Settings Fields

FieldDescription
Auto-BackupEnable/disable the scheduler
FrequencyDaily, Weekly, Monthly or Weekdays
TimeThe execution time (HH:mm format, e.g. 02:00)
TimezoneThe timezone for scheduling
Specific DaysDay selection (only for weekly frequency)

How It Works

  • Backups run in the background without interrupting application use
  • Backups are sent to whichever destination is enabled: Google Drive, Dropbox, FTP or USB
  • If no destination is configured, backups are stored locally

Backup History

The history shows recent backups with:

  • Execution date and time
  • File size
  • Destination (Google Drive, Dropbox, FTP, USB or local)
  • Status (Success / Failure)
Tip: Schedule backups during low-usage hours (e.g. 02:00-04:00) for minimal performance impact.
