Auto-Backup Scheduler

Navigation: Settings → System → Backup → Operations

Schedule automatic database backups at regular intervals.

Settings Fields

FieldDescription
Enable automatic schedulingEnable/disable the scheduler
FrequencyDaily, Weekly, Monthly or Weekdays (Mon-Fri)
Execution TimeThe execution time (HH:mm format, e.g. 02:00)
Time ZoneUsed for the timestamp in the backup file names
Select DaysDay selection (only for weekly frequency)

How It Works

  • Backups run in the background without interrupting application use
  • Every backup is always stored locally on the server; if one or more destinations are enabled (Google Drive, Dropbox, FTP, USB), it is also uploaded to them in parallel

Available Backup Files

The same "Operations" tab shows a list of the stored backup files, with:

  • File name
  • File size
  • Modified date
  • SHA-256 checksum validity indicator (✓/✗), where available

The list is refreshed manually with the "Refresh" button — it does not record a destination or a success/failure status per run.

Tip: Schedule backups during low-usage hours (e.g. 02:00-04:00) for minimal performance impact.
