The Email Settings tab configures the SMTP connection used by the system to send emails — client reports, QC notifications, etc.
Navigation: Settings → Email Settings (SMTP)

| SMTP Host | The SMTP server address (e.g. smtp.gmail.com) |
| SMTP Port | The connection port (typically 587 for TLS) |
| Username | The login email for the SMTP server |
| Password | The SMTP password — stored encrypted |
| From email | The "From" address on outgoing emails |
| Greeting text | The text shown at the beginning of each email |

SMTP configuration is required for sending reports to clients and QC notification emails.
The password is stored encrypted and is never displayed on screen.
