Fields

The three required fields
They are not arbitrary — each has a reason:
- Laboratory Name and Address: §7.8.2.1 asks a test report to identify the laboratory by name and address. The address is also the one identity field that cannot be filled in automatically when the account is created.
- Email: the footer of customer emails renders it as the address they reply to. There is no longer a fallback — an empty field means no contact line in the email at all.

Laboratory details appear in the header of PDF reports and in the footer of client emails. Social media links appear only in emails.
