The Preferences tab manages personal display and behaviour settings for the application.
Navigation: Settings → User & Appearance → Preferences

Separate vibration toggles on mobile devices, one per interaction type:

This switch does not turn AI off. It applies to you only: if you do not use it, you take it out of your own interface. Whether AI is enabled for the laboratory is configured centrally by your administrator, and is not changed from here.
Preferences are per-user, not per-organisation. Each user sees their own settings.
Theme changes are applied immediately without a page refresh.
