Print Templates
This tab configures the appearance of printed PDF reports.
Navigation: Settings → Reports & Printing → Print Templates
Appearance
| Field | Description |

| Primary Color | Color used for headings and key PDF elements |
| Accent Color | Secondary color for table rows and highlights |

Sections

| Show Lab Header | Show or hide the header with laboratory details |
| Show Print Date | Show or hide the print date on the report |
| Show Signatures | Show or hide the signature area at the end of the report |
Watermark

| Watermark Text | Free text — leave blank to disable |
Custom Content

| HTML After Header | HTML rendered below the header (e.g. accreditation number, regulatory notes) |
| HTML After Details | HTML after sample/client details (e.g. methodology, scope) |
| HTML Before Signatures | HTML before signatures (e.g. legal disclaimer, terms of use) |

Custom Invoice Template
| Field | Description |

| Use custom invoice template | Enables your own HTML template for printing invoices, instead of the default one |
| HTML template (invoice body) | The HTML code for the custom invoice; accepts a list of available tokens (e.g. {{INVOICE_NUMBER}}, {{CUSTOMER_NAME}}, {{TOTAL}}) shown on the page. The myDATA block is auto-appended if omitted |
When enabled, a "Preview" button appears that opens the custom invoice with sample data, without needing to save first.
Preview a report before saving changes to verify the formatting is correct.
