Report Settings
This tab controls the content and layout of PDF reports.
Navigation: Settings → Reports & Printing → Report Settings
Logo
| Field | Description |

| Select Logo | Upload an image (PNG/JPEG) — shown in the header of every report |
| Remove Logo | Delete the current logo |
| Field | Description |
|---|
| Footer Text | Text displayed in the footer of every report |
| Footer Contact Info | Phone, email, etc. shown in the footer |
| Notes | Custom notes appended to the end of the report |
Output & Display
| Field | Description |

| PDF Output Mode | Preview or download |
| Default Turnaround Days | Auto-calculate sample delivery date (leave blank for manual setting per sample) |
| Default Retention Days | Auto-calculate sample retention date (leave blank for manual setting per sample) |
| Show Uncertainty Column | Show/hide the measurement uncertainty column on reports |
Charts
| Field | Description |

| Charts per Row | How many charts appear per row (2-5) |
| Desired Value Color | Bar color for desired values in charts |
| Sample Color | Bar color for measured values in charts |
Map
| Field | Description |
|---|
| Map Zoom | Satellite map zoom level (14-18) |
| Map Width | Map width as a percentage of the page (25%-100%) |
Report Section Order
Click a section in the "Available" or "Selected" list to move it to the other list; use the up/down arrows next to a selected section to change its order in the report. Available sections: Measurements Table, Observations, Recommendations, Charts, Fertilization Plan, Soil Indices, Sampling Map, Notes.
Changes apply immediately to all new reports.
