The Supervised Practice page records the occasions when somebody performed an activity **under
supervision**, before being authorized to do it alone. It is the road from "was trained" to "is
allowed", and ISO/IEC 17025 §6.2.5(d) asks for it in writing.
Menu path: ISO 17025 → Personnel & Competency → Supervised Practice.

| Supervisor | Who supervised. Must be someone other than the trainee. |
| Analysis record | The actual analysis the practice was done on, if there was one. This is what ties the entry to real work rather than an assertion. |
