Sync Queue

The Sync Queue shows everything captured in the field offline and still waiting to reach the

server. Collection does not stop when the network drops; only sending does.

Menu path: Daily Work → Sync Queue.

Groups

Group	Meaning
Pending	Captured locally, not sent yet.
Errors	Sending failed and will be retried. The attempt count is shown.
Blocked	Sending failed in a way retrying will not fix (for example a record it depends on is missing).
Synced	Reached the server. Safe to clear.

Action	What it does
Sync now	Attempts everything pending immediately.
Retry	Resends one failed entry.
Discard	Deletes the entry from the queue. It is lost — it never reached the server.
Clear synced	Removes completed rows from the list.

🔴 A non-empty queue at the end of the day means samples exist only on the phone. They appear

in no list, join no worklist, and exist for nobody else. The queue must drain before sampling can

be considered done.

Retry resends the entry as captured, with the collector and timestamp frozen at that moment —

not now. That is correct for traceability and surprises anyone expecting their own name on it.
