During your trial you have full access to every feature. A bar at the top shows how many days remain.
If you haven't activated a subscription, the account switches to read-only mode: you can view and export everything, but not create or edit records. You have 30 days in this state to download your data before anything is deleted — and we email you beforehand.
Press Export my data in the bar. The export is prepared in the background, and once it's ready you receive an email with a download link. The file includes everything — reports and raw data — in a format you can keep or move elsewhere.
Your data is always yours. To restore full access, activate your subscription or contact us.
