Impartiality and confidentiality

Two of the fields are not about access but about the declarations the personnel file holds:

  • POL-002 signature — the confidentiality undertaking (§4.2.4), together with the version signed. The version matters: a signature on an old version does not cover the new one.
  • Conflict of Interest declaration — the annual impartiality declaration (§4.1.3).

Personnel Audit Pack

One person's "competence file" as a single PDF, from the row menu and where you hold the permission:

SectionWhat it shows
§6.2.6Authorizations and competence — current and historical
§6.2.5Competence monitoring
§6.2.5Training
§4.1Impartiality and confidentiality
§8.3Controlled-document acknowledgements
§7.11.3Audit trail

The first section shows historical authorizations as well as current ones: an assessor does not only ask "are they competent today", but "were they competent then, when this work was done".
