Customer Witnessing

ISO/IEC 17025 §7.1.7 provides for the customer to witness work carried out on their behalf. The Customer Witnessing page records those visits: when they were scheduled, who attended, who hosted, and what came of it.

Found under: Invoicing → Customer Witnessing.

Points at — this page does not stand without these:

Notes

  • A blank Lab Host does not mean "no host". Leave it empty and the signed-in user is recorded.
  • The outcome and Occurred At are independent: nothing checks that they agree.
  • The row action menu prints a witnessing record form.
