The notification system keeps you informed about important changes, pending tasks and quality control alerts without needing to check each page individually.
The bell icon in the navigation bar shows a count of unread notifications. Click it to view the notification list.

On mobile devices, notifications are delivered as push notifications even when the app is in the background. Enable push notifications from Settings → Notifications.
Separately from the lab's internal notifications, the app can send customers a single daily digest email summarising their samples' status changes, sent once a day at a configured time (not a daily/weekly frequency choice). Configure the send time from Settings → Client Email Notifications.
Tip: QC notifications remain in the history even after being read, for audit trail purposes.
