Report Workflow

This guide describes the step-by-step process for generating, previewing and sending analysis reports to clients. It covers the full cycle: analysis approval → PDF generation → email delivery → client portal access.

Customers can also access their reports via the client portal — a dedicated web page where they can view their approved analyses and download the corresponding PDFs.

The client portal:

  • Requires no software installation
  • Shows only the customer's approved analyses
  • Allows PDF download at any time

FAQ

Why can't I email the report to the customer?

Check that all three conditions are met: the analysis is Approved, payment is Paid, and the customer has a registered email in their contact details.

How do I change the logo on the report?

Go to Settings → Report Settings and upload a new logo. The change applies to all subsequent reports.

Can I generate a report for an analysis that is not approved?

How do I change the report colors?

Go to Settings → Print Templates and change the primary and accent colors. Changes are applied immediately to new reports.

Can the customer see the report without email?

Yes, via the client portal. The customer can log in and download their reports at any time, regardless of whether an email was sent.

How do I control whether the uncertainty column is displayed?

Go to Settings → Report Settings and enable or disable the "Uncertainty column" option.
