Worklists

The Worklists page organises bulk sample measurements by laboratory method.

Record Actions

Clicking the icon on each row shows:

Name	Worklist name (up to 100 characters)
Method	Laboratory analysis method
Status	Open or Completed; the Cancelled status is only set via the separate Cancel action (see below)

In edit mode, when the worklist has samples and the method defines elements, a samples × elements grid appears for fast result keying:

All cells are directly editable; navigate by keyboard — Tab (across), Enter/↓ and ↑ (down/up a column). Focusing a cell selects its value for instant overwrite.
Every method element column stays visible; decimals accept comma or dot.
The "Save Measurements" button appears only when there are unsaved changes; saving is batch (the whole grid) and is subject to instrument-eligibility checks (§6.4) — errors/success show inline in the dialog.
"Import Measurements" loads values from a file (CSV/TXT/TSV, via drag-and-drop or file picker) — an instrument must be selected first.

The bin icon on each table row does not delete the worklist — it opens the "Cancel" dialog (ISO 17025 §7.5):

Only available for worklists in Open status; disabled for Completed or already-Cancelled worklists.
Requires a mandatory cancellation reason.
Records who cancelled it and when; the worklist's samples and measurements are retained for traceability — they are not deleted.
Requires the "Delete Worklists" permission (Lab Director or Quality Manager).
